We are looking for a highly skilled Receptionist to join our Front of House team. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between guests and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Fulfil all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, including wake-up calls, do-not-disturb requests, and credit card calls.
* Handle guest enquiries, calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and courtesy.
* Acknowledge all guests with a warm greeting, using their name where possible.
You will also be responsible for liaising effectively with all departments to ensure smooth communication across the hotel. This may include requisitioning supplies, maintaining stationery stocks, and covering the switchboard and emergency phone at all times.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet guest and business needs.
* Be confident working independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable but not essential. We provide full training for the right candidate.
