**Job Title:** Sales Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Sales Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with businesses and building strong relationships.
Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to grow sales within the small to medium business sector, including online, corporate hampers, gifting, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
* Drive sales in line with SME budget targets
* Manage online processes and customer registrations end-to-end
* Manage all KPIs associated with the SME channel
* Identify sales opportunities working with the Floor Manager & SME Sales Mgr to identify new target customers with sales opportunities to grow profitable sales
* Work on own initiative to seek out new business but also to drive customers who are lapsed or in decline, getting more of the basket from customers
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:
* 2-3 years' knowledge and sales experience, ideally in wholesale or retail
* Experience/knowledge in wholesale industry or in direct retail sales (competitors/range/customers)
* Customer-focused with an ability to develop strong customer relationships
* Flexible working hours
* Ability to change, adapt and be flexible
* Leaving Cert or equivalent
