Adding to our success, we are actively seeking to hire an experienced full time Electrical Sales Manager for our store in Brown Thomas Cork.
KNOW THE ROLE:
* Manage Electrical Department & Sales Team
* Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or direct with customers, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin
* Offer alternative products, promote cross-brand sales
* Understand customer’s expectations and needs
* Monitor customer orders and deliveries
* Delivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customer
* Replenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculate and well merchandised
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* An interest in electrical products & staying up to date on new technology
* Adhere to Company policies and procedures
* Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management
