Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in construction project management, or engineering related field.
5 years of experience with construction contract management, construction contract negotiation, and administration in a mission critical industry.
Experience in International Construction, Law, and Commercial Strategy Implications.
Preferred qualifications: Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree with an educational and career emphasis on Construction Law.
Experience in data center construction, hyper-scaler, or mission-critical industry.
Experience in quantity surveying or engineering.

Collaborate with Construction, Design, and external partners to drive the contract review, negotiation, and execution life-cycle, liaise with the internal Real Estate Legal team to ensure all contractual terms align with corporate risk expectations and standards.
Deliver continuous commercial expertise during construction, overseeing terms implementation, change management, and delay entitlement evaluation, foster a culture of claim prevention and rapid resolution, ensuring scalable commercial risk distribution.
Identify and embed opportunities for contracting process efficiency and simplification.
