Are you ready to step up to a senior leadership role? We're seeking a Senior Financial Accountant with around five years of experience for a permanent position, working 4 days per week on-site at our Dublin 12 based office. The role offers a €75,000 salary plus excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee accounts payable, supplier invoice tools, and approval workflows
* Manage general accounting, monthly provisions, petty cash, IFRS adjustments, and statutory audits
* Supervise branch invoicing, credit review, collections, and dispute resolution
* Lead and mentor a team of two (Cash Collector and AP Administrator), review P&L and KPIs, support budgeting, and act as key finance contact for HQ
* Oversee HR processes including payroll prep, holiday planning, recruitment, benefits, and training
* Organize office administration, banking, procurement, and travel
