Group Financial Controller | High-Growth, Multi-Entity Business | Ireland & UK We are partnering with a privately owned, multi-entity group operating across several complementary sectors, currently experiencing sustained and ambitious growth across Ireland and the UK. Having scaled significantly over the past two decadeswith continued expansion driven by both organic growth and acquisitionsthe group is now entering its next phase. AsGroup Financial Controller, you will have full ownership of the finance function and support the organisations strategic direction. This is a senior leadership role offering direct exposure to the Group CFO, founders, and key stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on commercial impact, systems development, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Leading the finance function, ensuring robust reporting, controls, and processes Owning month-end reporting, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting across the group Driving ongoing finance system transformation and integration with operational platforms Managing banking relationships, audit, and tax compliance Partnering with sales, marketing, and operations to support decision-making and profitability Supporting M&A activity, including evaluation, execution, and post-deal integration The ideal candidate will bring: 10+ years post-qualified experience (ACA / ACCA) within industry Strong technical accounting expertise and commercial acumen Proven experience managing and developing finance teams A track record of improving systems, controls, and reporting in a scaling environment A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels This role will suit an ambitious finance leader seeking a position with genuine influence in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
