IT Service Design & Introduction Manager Location: Dublin | Sector: Financial Services | Hybrid Role Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is hiring an IT Service Design & Introduction Manager to support the delivery of new and enhanced IT services across EMEA.
This role is key to ensuring services are designed, transitioned and compliant with regulatory frameworks like ECB and DORA.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement Service Design Packages (SDPs).
- Ensure service readiness and traceability for regulatory and audit needs.
- Standardise onboarding processes and support documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in service transition practices.
What You'll Bring - Experience in IT Service Design/Transition within financial services.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4, ServiceNow, and process documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred: ITIL v4 & project management certifications, Visio/SharePoint skills, DORA knowledge, and experience with Asian financial institutions.
