We are currently looking to speak with experienced Field Service Engineers with managed services experience. Ideally the candidate will be located in or close to Tipperary as this is a field role it will require travel to counties close to Tipperary.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting client issues
- IT device support such as laptops, printers etc
- Managing tickets
- Back-ups
- Building and configuring PC and Laptop applications and hardware
