This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, training, and clear career progression.
What We Offer
* Training pay: €600 per week (first 4 weeks)
* Post-training pay: €700 per week + uncapped commission and performance bonuses
* Fuel allowance: €60 per week
* Realistic OTE: €45,000–€50,000 per year
* 28 days' paid annual leave (including bank holidays)
* Full training provided
* Career progression: Fundraiser → Team Leader → Manager
Your Working Week
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30am–6:30pm
* Standard hours: 7.5 per day + 30-minute break
* Location: On the road, within your local area (no overnight travel required)
* Optional weekends for top performers
The Role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you'll represent well-known Irish charities, engaging directly with members of the public through door-to-door and event fundraising.
Your responsibilities:
* Talk with the public about partner charities
* Inspire people to sign up for monthly donations
* Achieve individual and team targets
* Represent brands with professionalism and integrity
* Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Previous experience in sales or fundraising is an advantage (but not required)
* Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people
* Eligible to work in Ireland
