We are building a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) function to enable our company to build products that can withstand regulatory scrutiny, ensuring Meta's Integrity continues to meet global regulatory requirements and manage risk. Meta's Integrity GRC is the central engine driving risk management and compliance, supporting Meta and its family of apps. We are seeking experienced GRC and Integrity talent to help enable and safeguard Meta's products and services, which operate on a truly global scale, by upholding existing Content Regulation requirements and meeting emerging compliance obligations.
I-GRC is responsible for:
1. Enabling the business to achieve its goals at scale and pace;
2. Safeguarding the business against real-world security risks;
3. Addressing the regulatory scrutiny the business faces.

Program Manager, Integrity Governance, Risk, and Compliance Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope and develop, execute, and manage project plans for supported programs.
2. Prioritize program goals, understand and translate stakeholder needs into goals and deliverables, and contribute to decision-making on priorities across cross-functional teams.
3. Support execution of risk and compliance activities, including statutory risk assessments, regulatory requests, designing and testing controls, issue management, audits, governance, data & tooling systems, and transparency reporting.
4. Serve as an Integrity subject matter expert and act as the connection point between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and business teams.
5. Develop and monitor risk and compliance infrastructure, including operating models, risk registers, transparency report guidelines, and control frameworks.
6. Maintain understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting Meta and translate changes into actionable projects.
7. Review key metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
9. Maintain knowledge of Meta's products, policies, and Integrity functions to identify stakeholders and build relationships.
10. Establish communication and engagement models with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and feedback.
11. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
12. Ensure documentation adheres to standards, is submission-ready, and properly archived.
13. Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth.
14. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impact and mutual goals.
15. Ensure compliance with standards to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
16. Create and facilitate presentations for management decision-making.
17. Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills.
18. Develop strategic plans to enhance the integrity risk management function.
19. Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to align on priorities.
20. Support business travel as needed (up to 10%).
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience in trust and safety, Integrity, content policy, transparency reporting, or governance, compliance, and risk management.
2. 3+ years of program management experience in a corporate environment.
3. Strong communication skills with success influencing diverse audiences, including leadership.
4. Experience with Integrity, Trust and Safety, or Risk and Compliance principles and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Advanced degree and/or certification.
2. Knowledge of global content regulations, content moderation, and internet trust and safety best practices.
3. 3+ years working in environments subject to federal or industry-wide audits.
4. Experience with risk assessments, transparency reports, regulatory responses, audits, and designing controls for compliance.
5. Experience authoring regulatory reports.
6. Strong program management skills, including planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and delivering successful projects with minimal guidance.
