Job Title: Site Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day on-site engineering and technical operations for our residential developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of works, including road construction, drainage systems, water provision, utility provider infrastructure, foundations, building structures, plot development works.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and monitor all site activities in accordance with project plans and drawings;
2. Coordinate between subcontractors, site supervisors, & and other trades to ensure efficient workflow
3. Ensure compliance with quality control processes throughout the build process;)
4. Inspect, inspect Uisce Éireann connections thoroughly, providing completion work that meets code regulations;
