We are looking for a diligent and hardworking Cleaner to join our team for afternoon cleaning duties during the school year. There is a tea break during the shift.
Starting Date: Monday 5th January 2026
Contract: School year (term time)
Hours: 3:00pm–7:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Cleaning classrooms, corridors and toilets
* Washing tables and desks
* Cleaning floors (mopping, sweeping, using equipment as required)
* Hoovering carpets and mats
* Dusting surfaces and furniture
* Cleaning internal/external windows
* Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish appropriately
* Topping up soap, paper towels and other hygiene dispensers
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience an advantage but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Reliability, good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
Closing Date: Friday 12th December @3pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
