* Job Title: UMAAP Facilitator (Staff Grade Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologist or Psychotherapist)
* Location: Remote/Zoom-based, must be a full-time resident of the Republic of Ireland
* Contract: 0.35 WTE for 6 months, delivering 7 UMAAP rollouts
* Start Date: July 2025
* Course Dates: Flexible, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with at least half outside typical working hours
Pay Scale
Staff Grade Psychologists (clinical, counselling, educational): €59,563-€66,047 WTE, depending on experience
Psychotherapists: €51,594-€63,272 WTE, depending on experience
Role Summary
The UMAAP is seeking qualified Staff Grade Psychologists or Accredited Psychotherapists to deliver its 6-week online course for adults with ADHD, using psychoeducation and ACT, supported by an assistant psychologist.
The role involves supervision, facilitating large groups, and supporting adults with ADHD, including those who are neurodivergent or self-identify as such.
Main Duties
* Facilitate 6-week online courses via webinars, including preparation, delivery, and debriefing
* Create engaging, empathetic content tailored for adults with ADHD
* Promote understanding and psychological flexibility using ACT techniques
* Maintain fidelity to the programme and liaise with partner organizations
* Prepare session content, manage group dynamics, and attend team meetings
Skills and Experience
* Qualified as a Staff Grade Psychologist or accredited Psychotherapist
* Experience with group or online interventions
* Training in ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, or MBCT is desirable
* Understanding of adult ADHD from a neuro-affirmative perspective
* Strong communication and technological skills
* Access to reliable internet
* Experience with neurodivergent individuals or identification as neurodivergent is preferred
