The role
Fingas Afro-restaurant and Lounge is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will lead by example in food production, ensure the upkeep of hygiene and safety standards, and manage financial operations.You will be responsible for training staff, maintaining high food quality, and collaborating creatively on menu design. This full-time position is based in Cork City, Ireland.
