The Clanree Hotel has an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to be part of our dynamic Kitchen team.
Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie you will work in all areas of the kitchen, producing excellent cuisine under pressure, and collaborating with a successful team.
Qualifications
Excellent culinary background, 2+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie.
Ability to work in all areas of the kitchen.
Ability to work under pressure while producing high-quality cuisine.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a busy kitchen.
