Compliance and Governance Specialist
This role oversees adherence to employment law, regulatory requirements, and internal governance. A key focus is ensuring that HR policies reflect current legislation, best practices and industry standards.
* Key responsibilities include:
Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws, regulations & standards. Adhere to all applicable labor laws including Equality Act (Section 19-28), Employment Permits Act 2006 etc.
Ensure compliance in personnel files, vetting processes
