Aircraft Maintenance Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft.
About the Role
This position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement aircraft maintenance schedules, taking into account factors such as flight operations, maintenance data, and engineer input.
* Collaborate with flight operations teams to ensure necessary downtime is secured for maintenance activities.
* Manage AOG aircraft scenarios, providing realistic return-to-service timelines.
* Monitor and track spare parts and components nearing expiry, ensuring timely replacement or repair.
* Coordinate interface between Operator's CAMO and Line Maintenance AMOs.
* Plan and monitor upcoming maintenance requirements, including AMP tasks, work orders, and high-priority items.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
* EASA Part 66 B2 Type Licence holder.
* At least 3 years of aviation engineering experience is essential.
* A strong avionic background preferred.
* Proficient in Excel and general IT systems; AMOS experience is a plus.
* A proactive, dependable team player who can work cross-functionally and respond effectively to operational demands.
