Health and Safety Culture Transformation
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our health and safety culture transformation efforts. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving a culture that prioritizes health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for health and safety and related activities that meet business needs and ensure excellent health, safety, and environmental performance.
* Lead and support the health and safety team to achieve business objectives and comply with relevant legislation and contract requirements.
* Manage the health and safety team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and able to deliver their roles effectively.
* Implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs across the business.
* Conduct audits and reviews to ensure service levels meet industry standards and monitor progress towards commitments.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a similar role with demonstrable experience in leading a health and safety culture transformation.
* NEBOSH Diploma level (or relevant degree) in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management.
* Proven experience of managing a geographically spread team and developing meaningful health and safety KPIs.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and presenting skills.
