This role requires interaction with reviewer teams and internal production teams.Most projects are processed automatically from start to finish with little oversight required. Our goal is to increase automation where possible so we can focus on quality and strengthen relationships within our team, with our vendors and with our client. Our team works as a global team, with PM support covering all time zones.We have hundreds of linguists who are dedicated specifically to our program. We work hard to train and develop our resources and maintain very low turnover as compared to the industry standard. This role will also require being able to provide training to team members and linguists when required.Responsibilities:Reviewer Capacity ManagementTracking and processing reviewers' holidaysDaily follow up activities, managing extension requests and reassignments, supporting on-time delivery (OTD)Working with the company specific applicationsBasic troubleshooting of internal and client specific toolsQuery delegationRunning ReportsLearning and working with client-specific toolsEnsure consistency across the program, suggest and share best practicesInitiate process improvements, develop the program furtherProvide support and partnership to other teams, internally or externallyInteract, communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders - regular meetings, sync-up calls, status updates, etc.Requirements:A minimum of 1 year project management experience working in LocalizationMid-Level experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CalendarSelf-sufficient and reliable, ability and willingness to learn new toolsAcceptance of working independently with some support being provided remotelyExcellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changeAbility to communicate clearly in writing (English) and face-to-face onlineExcellent attention to detail and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure in a deadline driven environmentAdvantageous:Experience in teaching or trainingPrevious translation or localization experienceUnderstanding/experience working with more than one language/cultureExperience with Google online tools such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.Experience handling high volume of emailsDocumenting processAdvanced knowledge in Excel (formulas, macros, etc.)
