We operate a dynamic 24/7 environment at the heart of the city, integrating port operations with the surrounding urban community in line with Masterplan 2040.The RoleThe Sourcing Manager plays a key role within the Procurement Team, leading end-to-end sourcing activities (for goods/services/works) across a diverse range of spend (CapEx & OpEx) to support DPC's commercial and operational objectives, whilst ensuring compliance with EU Utilities Directive, Irish Regulations and Government guidelines/circulars as set out in DPC's Procurement Policy and Procedures.The role requires strong internal stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, commercial acumen, and ability to deliver value across the organisation through effective, efficient, compliant and innovative processes and approaches.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end sourcing activities (for goods, services and works) across a diverse range of categories/spend.Ensure all sourcing activities comply with the EU Utilities directive, Irish Regulations and DPC Procurement Policy & Procedures.Manage all aspects of the sourcing process (via eTenders) from identification of need, specification co-ordination/challenge, spend analysis, procurement strategy, pre-qualification of potential Suppliers, Tender documentation, Tender Evaluation, Negotiations, through to Tender approval, Notification Letters, Contract drafting (incl.
