Sustainable Building Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Sustainable Building Engineer. This role offers significant long-term career development opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the design and contract documentation and specifications, ensuring that all design and documentation are prepared to the highest standards. They will also compile projects reports, conceptual design studies, and liaise with supply chain and contractors to co-ordinate the successful delivery of MEP installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
* 2 or 3 years post-qualification experience in Data Centre Services, most of which will be in design gained within a consultancy environment
* Revit
* Aiming for Chartered Engineer status
* Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
* Excellent communication and report writing
