Our Not for Profit client in Dublin West is actively seeking a HR Officer to join their team for a permanent role. This position will initially working fully onsite until probation is passed (6 months). Hybrid working is then available with 3 days WFH and 2 days onsite. A full clean driving license is required or ad-hoc travel
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
-First point of contact for all HR related queries
-Involvement in recruitment activities such as posting job adverts, setting up interviews and liaising with candidates and relevant line managers
-Participating on interview panels
-Manage the on-boarding process of new starts, including issuing contracts of employment
-Maintenance of accurate staff files
-Reporting data in relation to recruitment, finances and other matters
-Liaising with the Finance Team in relation to payroll.
-Assisting the development of HR policies & procedures
-Providing HR reports and documentation, ensuring HRIS is up to date and accurate
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-2+ years’ HR Officer experience
-HR qualification
-General knowledge of best practices in relation to HR
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and a desire to operate at the highest standards
-Excellent customer service skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
