Armont have partnered with a leading PLC seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor who will take a key leadership role within their AR function based in Dublin. In this position, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will work closely with and report to the Accounts Receivable Manager, supporting the continued growth and performance of the AR team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a minimum of 4 years experience in a senior AR role, who has a proven track record of leading and developing teams within a fast-paced finance environment The Role Supervise team members Provide support, direction to the AR team, setting objectives and KPIs targets Assist the AR Manager with the accounts receivable element of the order to cash process Ensure that all documents are raised in line with policy and adhering to VAT legislation Run all aspects of collections regarding debtors ledger, managing and escalating overdue payments Ensuring accurate and timely recognition of cash receipts and ensuring customer accounts are updated daily Assist with training of team members Support process improvement and any project activity in relation to accounts receivable The Candidate Minimum 4 years Accounts Receivable experience for a multinational Previous experience within a fast-moving AR environment Experience in a supervisory or leadership role Previous experience of ERP systems Experience of inter-company and multicurrency transactions Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Excel The Rewards Salary range, up to €52,000 DOE Bonus Healthcare Pension Hybrid working Parking Skills: Accounts Receivable Credit Control Accounts Receivable Supervisor
