Overview
Solance is the new tier in banking, a trusted financial partner servicing clients with complex corporate structures and tailored financial services. We are building a bright, ambitious team to shape Solance from the ground up, with an EMI license application in progress and a launch set for early 2026. We are seeking a UX-driven Creative Lead to research, reimagine, and design a front-end experience that feels effortless, elegant, and unmistakably Solance.
Your approach to information architecture should feel second nature, structuring content, flows, and navigation to be intuitive and purposeful. You will fuse IA mindset with typography, colours, and brand language to inspire trust while delivering insights-backed recommendations.

Responsibilities
* Lead the UX vision and evolution for Solance's digital products, from research to delivery, merging Solance brand guidelines with best practices and cutting-edge technology to create extraordinary user experiences.
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify gaps and opportunities in EMI, Banking, and related UX, drawing on diverse sectors as relevant.
* Translate research insights into clear, human, beautifully branded experiences.
* Apply information architecture principles to create logical, intuitive, and scalable product structures.
* Collaborate with product, tech, and leadership to bring concepts to life within brand guidelines.
* Design responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused interfaces in Figma and other industry tools.
* Utilize AI-enhanced processes to ideate rapidly, generate clickable demos, and prepare clear UI requirements for engineers.
* Champion the user by creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that make sense and drive impact.
* Maintain a close link between brand design and product experience to ensure a consistent, premium feel across all touchpoints.
* Turn research findings into experiences that are fast, secure, and intuitive for users.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in UX/UI or product design, ideally with a strong graphic design foundation.
* Strong understanding of the impactful role of UX with a high level of curiosity and energy; ability to develop solutions with urgency and a sense of fun.
* Experience researching markets and analysing data, including user behavior data from multiple sources.
* Proven ability to build clear, empathic customer personas for internal and external users.
* Product-oriented thinking with the ability to define success metrics and optimise user journeys.
* Ability to deliver technical and visual solutions with clickable prototyping, unified web and mobile designs, and strong UI consistency.
* A portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, IA expertise, and visual craft across research, flows, UI, and brand execution.
* Experience working with developers, senior leaders, and stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect, functional results.
* Awareness of cybersecurity and WCAG accessibility compliant designs to inspire trust.
* Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual systems aligned with brand strategy.
* Comfort with responsive design, accessibility standards, and multi-device design.
* Bonus: experience in B2B, fintech, or other regulated industries.
