Job Title: Generalist HR
The role of an experienced HR Generalist is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Drive performance management, providing guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters.
* Manage employee benefit programs, participate in employee wellness programs, and cultural workshops.
* Conduct HR metrics and reporting, focusing on staff absenteeism and turnover.
* Participate in Employee Orientation, Development and Training, administrative staff meetings, and HR project work.
Requirements:
* 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing or operational environment.
* 3rd Level HR/CIPD qualification or working towards it.
* MUST HAVE experience with employee disciplinaries & grievances, essential.
* Experience with ER (Employee Relations), working knowledge of Irish Employment Law, and proficiency in using ERP/HR management systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team setting.
* Strong communication and people skills, with excellent planning, organizational, and accuracy standards.
This is a permanent full-time role working on-site, Monday to Friday. The ideal location for this position is Mullingar, IE.
