Finance Operations Associate
Tasks & Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Controls
* Manage budget shifts, quarterly PO rebalancing, and related reconciliations
* Execute month‑end processes (accruals, reclasses, validations)
* Oversee OWC, seasonality adjustments, and obligo releases
* Maintain accurate financial records and audit‑ready documentation
Systems & Data Management
* Update and maintain financial data across SAC and other finance systems
* Support reconciliations between CPT and connected financial tools
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting
Stakeholder Support
* Provide ad‑hoc financial support to the Finance Lead and wider Finance teams
* Partner with PMO, Project Managers, and Resource Managers on operational finance
* Assist during peak cycles (budgeting, forecasting, quarterly POs)
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Degree/qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
* Experience in finance operations, accounting, or shared services
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes
* Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (accruals, reclasses, reconciliations)
* Strong Excel capability
* Comfortable working in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
Desirable
* Experience in IT, PMO, or project‑based financial environments
* Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or cost tracking
* Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
* Part‑qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification
