Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range• Responsible for capturing a comprehensive set of requirements across Dublin Bus that will enable the successful delivery of the NGT programme.• Responsible for capturing the detailed impact of changes on current people, processes and technology to underpin the programme change impact assessment.• Support structured analysis of project issues and risks.• Work with SMEs to identify and document options to resolve or mitigate issues and risks.• Develop a structured approach and documented action plan to deliver expected outcomes.• Develop workstream plans and timelines.• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of analysis workstream milestones.• Support testing and change management activities associated with roll-out and embedding of new technologies, systems and processes.• Provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve the employee and customer experience.Other Requirements:• 7 to 10 years’ experience in business analysis, to include significant experience of major systems implementation and/or migration programmes involving multiple system interfaces and identification of business change impacts.• Experience supporting projects to deliver new technology, processes and ways of working from early stage (e.g., problem definition, business requirements gathering) through to implementation and handover to business as usual (BAU).• Experience applying business analysis skills in a practical and/or operational setting.• Experience drawing out information from operational teams who are not used to typical project ways of working.• Experience in a transport operations or logistics environment beneficial.• Strong working knowledge of Office 365 suite, in particular Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and additional Microsoft Office tools.*This role is being offered on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionGeneral Business and Information TechnologyIndustriesGround Passenger Transportation and IT Services and IT Consulting
