We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our residential care team in Tipperary. This role involves supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a warm, homely, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills, and community activities
2. Promote independence, dignity, and overall quality of life for residents
3. Assist in the implementation of Person-Centred Plans
4. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' needs
Essential Requirements
5. QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
6. Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting (experience in disability services preferred)
7. Full, clean Irish/EU driving licence
8. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Shifts & Hours
We offer an attractive 4-week rolling roster, rotating with another staff member:
10. Week 1: 35 hours
11. Week 2: 32 hours
12. Average: 33 hours per week on a permanent contract
13. Shifts include a mix of days, evenings, and some nights (minimal night shifts over the 4-week cycle)
14. 2 Sunday shifts per month, paid at double time
15. Additional relief hours available across all residential settings if desired
16. No overnight sleepovers
