We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing of invoices ensuring accuracy and entry in a timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and updating the ERP system.
* Ensuring payments have the required approvals as per Company guidelines and policies.
* Communicating with internal and external customers to verify and follow details as required.
* Assisting with the reconciliation of bank, credit card, and supplier accounts.
* Preparing weekly payment runs and employee expenses.
* Processing month-end financial journals and assisting with month-end processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with an ERP system (Coins, Sage or similar).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
