Property Summary

Role Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Director of Business Development & Marketing to promote The Montenotte locally and nationally, raising hotel profile and developing new business in corporate, MICE and leisure sectors
* Develop partnerships with local Cork‑based companies and national companies to secure new and existing corporate, meeting and events business
* Build relationships with national DMCs and Travel Advisors to drive new and existing leisure and incentive business
* Ensure smooth handover of all conferences, meetings, events, private dining, Panorama Bistro and The Glasshouse large & small business from enquiry to conversion, including client liaison and contracting, before passing to the Events & Reservations Executive
* Achieve maximum potential revenue for resort areas including Bellevue Spa & Motion Health Club, meeting budget and overall resort revenue
* Increase productivity of private dining, meeting and cinema spaces by widening client base, including corporate clients directly or via third‑party agencies
* Assist daily office communication, answer telephone calls and conduct administration tasks
* Maintain consistent flow of information internally and across hotel departments
* Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Revenue, Reservations and Food & Beverage teams to meet guest requests and uphold highest standards of customer satisfaction
* Support development and implementation of long‑term Food & Beverage hotel strategies
