Overview
We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in Dublin for a lawyer to join their Employment team.
Role
The successful candidate will join a growing Employment team, advising on a broad range of complex and high-profile issues across the employment lifecycle for clients in Ireland and internationally. The role offers exposure to diverse, multi-jurisdictional work and the opportunity to contribute to client growth and strategic workforce planning.
Responsibilities
The senior lawyer will support matters including acquisitions, outsourcings, workforce restructurings, employee relations, compliance, data protection, and employment litigation, working with clients ranging from start-ups to global brands.
Qualifications
4-7 years’ PQE;
Ability to work within a busy environment;
Willingness to become involved in business development;
Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;
Highly motivated;
Team player;
Technically excellent.
