Your Role:
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Pins Gastrobar, you'll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be the go-to person for overseeing daily operations, supporting our front-of-house team, and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and guest service
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently maintained
Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
Address and resolve guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient coordination between front and back-of-house
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and guest relations
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Certification in food safety and hygiene is an advantage
