About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage the Compensation and Benefits department, ensuring seamless execution of all events and activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
* Management and coordination of the C&B department
* Management of large events such as conferences, private parties, and social events
* Liaising with customers and Sales team to ensure smooth running of all in-house events
* Coordination and rostering of the C&B team
* Motivation and ongoing development of the team including staff training, team meetings, appraisals
* Covering Duty Management shifts on front of house as and when required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail
