SureLogik are hiring an IT Support Engineer on behalf of our logistics client to provide a mix of remote and on-site technical support across a busy user base. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in IT support who’s looking to take the next step and broaden their exposure across cloud, infrastructure, and business applications.
What You’ll Do
* Provide 1st & 2nd line support via helpdesk (phone, email, and remote tools).
* Deliver on-site support for hardware, networking, and software issues.
* Manage and troubleshoot Windows devices, peripherals, and mobile equipment.
* Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments.
* Maintain user accounts, system updates, and documentation.
* Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or vendors when needed.
* Deliver a professional, customer-focused support experience.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in an IT support or field engineering role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and AD.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Full Irish driving licence and own transport (essential for field support).
