About the Role:
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, setting specific benchmarks and regularly reviewing service outcomes.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, going beyond traditional CHO areas.
* Develop high-performing teams tailored to the unique challenges of expansion.
* Optimise operational efficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Drive innovation in care solutions and explore opportunities to develop new services.
* Lead the strategic expansion plan, overseeing setup and management of services.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Social care or healthcare primary degree, registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
* Minimum four years' experience at senior management level.
* Proven track record of managing teams, ideally at a regional level.
* Experience working with HIQA and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Extensive experience in the disability sector, including residential care.
