Account Executive, Product Sales - Payouts (EMEA) at Stripe. This role focuses on driving revenue and adoption of Stripe’s Payouts products across the EMEA region, including Instant Payouts, Faster Payouts, and Global Payouts.
What you’ll do
An Account Executive for Payouts in EMEA will work closely with users to understand and optimise their payouts needs. You will drive growth across EMEA by leveraging deep product expertise, collaborating with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and other GTM teams to develop knowledge and execute a go-to-market strategy. You will lead in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers and help shape Stripe’s product roadmap through customer feedback and market intelligence.
You are comfortable engaging in business-level and technical conversations across multiple levels of an organization, building value in competitive situations, and working with both clients and internal stakeholders. You are organized, an excellent communicator, analytical, and have a track record of improving processes and organizations around you.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates, and new client acquisition of key users in EMEA, utilising the MEDDIIC deal qualification and opportunity management
* Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective Marketplace customers
* Deeply understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe in this space and serve as both an internal and customer-facing expert in these product areas
* Engage with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform Stripe’s product roadmap
* Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, sales, and technical services teams
* Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs
Who you are / Minimum requirements
* 6+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a track record of top performance
* Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
* Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners
* Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results
* Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
* Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
* Team player with a positive attitude

Office attendance varies by location and role. In-office time is typically required to support users and workflows. Hiring managers will discuss the specific expectations for each role and location.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €158,100 - €237,100. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range includes on-target earnings (OTE) and base salary. Benefits may include equity, bonus or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Details vary by location and can be discussed during the interview process.
