Corporate Tax Leadership Opportunity
A leading global professional services firm is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to lead a high-performing tax advisory team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate tax compliance and tax consultancy, with a deep understanding of Irish Tax legislation, case law, and technical commentary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with clients across various sectors
* Coordinate service delivery across departments for seamless client support
* Ensure timely corporate tax compliance, including payment and return filing
* Provide strategic tax advice on business structures, transfer pricing, and profit repatriation
* Achieve individual and team financial targets including billing and cash collection
* Contribute to and lead internal and peer training initiatives
* Support business development and marketing efforts at multiple organisational levels
Requirements:
* AITI-qualified and a qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
* Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and tax consultancy, especially with large corporates
* Deep understanding of Irish Tax legislation, case law, and technical commentary
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and supervise multiple assignments
* Excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Growth mindset and adaptability to evolving tax regulations
* High level of computer literacy and proficiency in relevant systems
