Job Summary
The successful candidate will assume the role of Assistant Financial Controller in a dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this position requires exceptional financial management skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record revenue and statistical data from the Property Management System
* Process and verify purchase invoices, maintaining accurate creditor ledgers
* Liaise with hotel management to monitor debtor ledgers and ensure timely payments
* Manage cash flow, perform regular reconciliations, and maintain accurate bank accounts
* Conduct end-to-end income audits, including cash, credit card, and bank reconciliations
* Oversee creditor control, procure Wizard orders, invoice processing, and accounts payable coding
* Provide payroll support and assist with group reporting
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in finance within the Hospitality sector
* Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA accounting certifications
* Proficiency in Excel, Sage Line 50, Procure Wizard, and Opera
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
