Quality Engineer | Dublin (with travel across Dublin & Kildare)€65,000-€75,000 + PackageAn established and growing construction organisation is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the business in a newly created role.Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this position will play a key role in supporting and maintaining quality standards across multiple active sites.This is a mobile role requiring regular site visits across Dublin and Kildare.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation and ongoing improvement of the company Quality Management System (QMS)Assist in the development and review of Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)Conduct site inspections and internal quality audits across multiple live projectsMonitor workmanship standards to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and contract requirementsManage and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely close-out of corrective actionsReview material submittals, approvals, certifications and testing documentationSupport subcontractor quality performance and ensure adherence to agreed standardsAssist in root cause analysis of recurring quality issues and support preventative measuresMaintain accurate quality records and contribute to management reportingSupport preparation for external audits, client inspections and regulatory reviewsPromote a quality-focused culture across site teams through guidance and collaborationRequirementsPrevious experience in a Quality Engineer / QA/QC role within constructionStrong understanding of construction processes and site operationsExperience working across multiple projects is advantageousFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and structured quality systemsStrong communication, reporting and organisational skillsFull driving licence required due to travel between sites
