Production Operations Manager
The Production Operations Manager oversees a team of over 50 production staff and several team leaders.
* Develops and executes daily, weekly, and monthly production targets for product lines in accordance with company KPIs
* Creates recovery plans when output targets are not met
* Investigates and resolves repeat issues on the production floor
Focusing on machine shop, welding, and finished goods operations. A results-driven person who is report-oriented, detail-focused, and quality-conscious, with excellent safety awareness and lean manufacturing experience.
