Role: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of trades teams and subcontractors on site.
Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Review drawings and construction details, ensuring work aligns with project specifications.
Conduct daily site walk-downs and address issues promptly to maintain workflow and productivity.
Support the Site Manager with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records including daily logs, labour hours, and progress updates.
Lead toolbox talks and enforce company safety policies across the site.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are effectively managed and available as needed.
Requirements: Fully qualified tradesperson (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or similar).
Minimum of 35 years' experience working in a Foreman or Lead Trades role on construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
Strong understanding of residential construction, building methods, and site processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation.
Proactive, organised, and capable of making decisions independently.
Strong awareness of Health & Safety and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Full, clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
Package: €70k-€80k Long-term work on a multi-year residential development.
