About this role
We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven senior sales consultant who is passionate about sales & growing revenue, and utilising data to drive your conversations with Restaurant Partners with strong commercial awareness.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role
Connect with restaurant partners via phone, using a consultative approach to drive campaign adoption and achieve targets.
Maintain and grow the Ireland estate by making new sales, retaining partners, and optimizing budgets.
Use data to guide conversations and measure campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with account management and strategic accounts teams to identify trends and secure high-value deals.
Plan your time effectively to maximize partner interactions while maintaining quality conversations.
Respond to partner requests and ensure proper internal sales processes are followed.
Contribute to a smooth onboarding process and continuously optimize sales strategies.
Your profile
Proven experience in sales or a fast-paced customer-facing role.
Self-starter with a positive mindset and strong drive for success.
Enjoy building relationships via phone and networking with new partners.
Target-driven, commercially savvy, with strong negotiation and influence skills.
Data-driven and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership over work, able to deliver under pressure.
Creative thinker with innovative sales ideas and a humble, collaborative approach.
