Within this, our Tecdur range of specialist glass products provides pioneering protection solutions against physical, ballistic and blast incidents. We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead sales and the commercial development of our innovative glass-polymer security and privacy products across existing and emerging markets in the UK, Ireland, and Europe. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy by identifying new product sectors, building strong customer relationships, and managing key contract negotiations. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, youll ensure accurate forecasting that supports production planning, maintain profitability through pricing strategies, and support innovation to improve sales effectiveness.
