Job Description
State Street's Global Cybersecurity (GCS) team is responsible for protecting the company's systems and clients from cyber-attacks. The Identity And Access Management (IAM) function within GCS designs, deploys, and continually enhances security measures to protect State Street's information related to its assets and customers.
The IAM Risk and Controls SME, VP will sit in the GCS cyber office of CISO sub-function in IAM. This role is responsible for ensuring the robust and effective implementation of CIAM-related controls across the enterprise with deep understanding of CIAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
* Serve as the primary SME on all aspects of CIAM-related controls.
* Coordinate CIAM-related response for audit, regulatory, and other reviews.
* Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats related to CIAM.
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CIAM principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as proven ability to coordinate and manage complex projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
* A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
* 10-12 years of extensive experience in CIAM process and technologies.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
