What You'll Do
* Oversee daily fund and investment operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of fund-level tasks in accordance with established processes and service agreements
* Identify, assess, and manage operational risks, proactively implementing improved processes, policies, controls, and collaborating with internal partners to mitigate potential issues
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of fund operations procedures, while ensuring a thorough understanding of assigned funds and their processes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, proactively anticipating needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with services provided
* Prepare and deliver reports for internal and external clients, maintaining strong relationships, fostering clear communication, and proactively ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction is achieved
* Support control, risk management, contingency, and information security initiatives to mitigate business risks, while contributing to special projects and other assigned duties
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in reconciliation, fund operations, or accounting roles is preferred
* Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), reconciliation systems, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
* Professional certifications, such as CPA or ACCA, are a plus
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams
