Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Virtual Compute Infrastructure and Windows OS team as Senior IT Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of virtual compute infrastructure solutions.
* Main Responsibilities:
This role involves leading a team of IT engineers who are responsible for end-to-end architecture of Virtual Server platforms including reference architecture, automation, and development of standard operation procedures covering all aspects of a virtual environment stack.
1. To partner with peer IT technical groups to gather business requirements and translate those into action plans for virtual deployments;
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V technologies.
The position requires strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement within the existing system.
