We are seeking candidates to join our small friendly Board. Experience of any role would be an advantage but is not essential - it is more important that we find the right person. We would however particularly welcome those with an interest in taking on the Treasurer and/or Company Secretary roles.Our Board meets once per month and holds an AGM (June / July). We would anticipate that the role would require approximately 3-4 hours per month - 1.5 hours for a meeting and 1.5-2 hours on preparation for each meeting. We also strongly encourage Board members to attend some of the many events held by the Company each year.Interested parties will be invited to an informal meeting, to meet some of the Board, the Manager and staff and learn a little about the organisation. If the match is good for all concerned, candidates would be invited to attend the next scheduled meeting.
