We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner. The Chef de Partie will also be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure the quality and consistency of al dishes, Supervise and train junior kitchen staff Manage and maintain inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies, Ensure al food and kitchen areas are kept clean and organized Comply with al health and safety regulations, Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role Excelent cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques Strong leadership and supervisory skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Creativity and the ability to develop innovative dishes We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. Salary: Minimum €34000 per year based on 39 hours per week, Weekly €653.85 and hourly €16.76
