Commercial Property Finance Solicitor
Are you a solicitor with around 4 years PQE and experience in property finance looking for an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded practice?
This role offers the chance to advise on high-value, cross-jurisdictional transactions across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
* Advising on all aspects of secured lending, including title review, security documentation, and facility agreements.
* Supporting enforcement actions and asset recovery involving property-backed loans.
* Working on transactions involving both NI and ROI jurisdictions.
You will be advising institutional lender clients on secured lending transactions, corporate banking matters, and enforcement issues - particularly where there is a real estate or development finance element involved.
You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, liaising directly with lender clients, borrowers, and other professional advisors.
Requirements:
Approximately 4 years PQE, ideally gained within banking, property finance, or real estate law.
* Solid understanding of secured lending and property-related banking transactions.
* Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
* Strong drafting skills and experience managing files with minimal supervision.
