Overview
Our client is an established builder developer.
They wish to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee building works in Midwest.
Projects vary in size from €5M+ to include in-house residential, industrial, life sciences, education, healthcare etc.
Your team will consist of Project & Intermediate QSs.
You will report to Group Commercial Manager.
Ideally 10yrs + post graduate experience working with reputable Building Contractors and/or Developers having successfully delivered large scale building projects €20M+.
This is a long-term highly lucrative position with defined career progression.
Responsibilities
Oversee building works in Midwest for projects varying in size from €5M+ (and up) including in-house residential, industrial, life sciences, education, healthcare etc.
Lead and manage a team consisting of Project & Intermediate QSs.
Report to the Group Commercial Manager and contribute to project commercial management.
Qualifications
Ideally 10+ years post graduate experience with reputable Building Contractors and/or Developers.
Experience delivering large scale building projects €20M+.
